Excessive Force II

“Excessive Force II” was subtitled “Force and Force” because I had actually written the script written a few years before with a male lead.  I took the story and changed all the genders so this would work for the prodco which wanted to feature actress Staci Randall in the lead.

Staci really worked her ass off for this film.  She took weapons training, martial arts training and boxing lessons.  A real trooper.

Jonathan Winfrey who directed has perhaps one of the greatest sets I’ve ever been to.  Everyone worked and at the same time had fun.  And Jonathan elevated this low-budget actioneer with a lot of tricks that make it look much bigger than it was.

Really had fun on this one although a lot of Cynthia Rothrock fans gave me crap for not featuring her more.  Hey, I did what I was hired to do – get over it.
