Never Down

I met actor Robert LaSardo through a mutual film friend who had hired me to write a script.  I witnessed 1st hand how intense Robert could be.  He’s totally immersive when he acts and there were more than a few times when I was watching him in rehearsal that I completely forgot that he’s a really calm, deep, and spiritual man and saw only the badass character he was portraying.

Robert called me out of the blue one day.  He was in New York, filming, and he needed some minor scenes written for his movie “Never Down.”  I was happy to do it for him.  He gave me writing credit when it wasn’t asked or expected.  But that’s the kind of guy he is.  A true gentlemen and an amazing actor.
